You have 2 options for removing individual products from Selected Store Product Categories.
- You can disable the products from within your store settings, this information will no longer be synced to Kliken and the products will no longer appear in your store
- You can provide our Support Team a list of product names or Product ID numbers (preferred option) and we can manually remove them from your campaign for you. This will cause the products to no longer be apart of your marketing efforts but will still be present in your store.
- Please contact our Support Team at support@kliken.com with the list and identifiable account information such as your Website URL, Account number, or email address.
- Please note: Depending on the number of products you would like to see removed we may request that you create new Store Product Categories instead.
