This is your Kliken Account Number and can be found on any billing receipt in the upper left hand corner.

Please enter the Receipt Number. This is found in the upper right-hand section of your receipt.

Please enter the date of the Invoice / Charge

Please enter the name of the Campaign. This can be found on the Manage page in your Kliken dashboard, or on your invoice/billing receipt.

By selecting yes, you are requesting that: A. Your campaign will be suspended and stop serving within 36 hours of receipt of this request and B. Your campaign will be canceled and no future billing attempts completed.
